    The Sandwich Stop is bringing French Canadian comfort food to Aurora! Warm up with a bowl of traditional pea soup, dig into a hearty pulled pork sandwich, or savour a rich, homemade chili. For a sweet finish, don’t miss the classic pudding chômeur, a true taste of Québec’s culinary heritage. Pair it all with a drink and enjoy the cozy flavours of winter.

  • Beavertails

    BeaverTails is available all season long at Festival Plaza and year-round at Tanger.

    BeaverTails at City Hall serves up their famous Canadian pastries all season long, including throughout the festival. Located next to the Rink of Dreams, they offer warm, freshly made fried dough treats with classic toppings like cinnamon sugar, chocolate, and more—perfect for a sweet winter indulgence.
